Mindfulness & Manifestation Workshop

Start the new year with purpose >> This 3-part workshop will explore 1) movement — an all levels yoga flow to connect body and breath, 2) mindfulness — a guided journaling practice to explore the depths of your desires for this new year, and 3) manifestation — a meditation practice to help you step into your power. Mats and cushions will be provided, but please bring a notebook and pen for the journaling portion of this workshop.
